Recognizing the ownership of a business is a very important concept in the structure of any organization. This therefore means that making sure that the business join the It conversation and sign the conversation will be very crucial and instrumental. The signing and joining of the conversation the IT projects will also help the organization in its transformation. -The services and products that are offered by the company currently will be provided and little modification will also be done on them to improve their usability.
-It helps in supporting services of the web the further help in the alignment of the continued opportunities of growth, expanded relationships of the customers and even the capability of cross selling in every division.
– It will help in offering up various opportunities for every division in terms of stretching dollars of development and even the financial gains.
-Services that already exist can also be implemented and purchased faster using the SOA. This will help in increasing the abilities of the business and make sure that the whole organization stay up and compete will with other bigger organizations. This will be very crucial in leveling the playing field through the provision of important systems and resources.
-Once the information from every customer has been centralized, the savings gotten from reducing the needs and requirements of the organization will then be realized. This is one of the requirements of the SOA.

The tools for information management include the activities for collection, organizing processes which include taxonomy and schemes, processing modules to utilize the available information and finally the procedures for maintenance that are very crucial in supporting the function of the whole business. The cycles of development must always be in line to the guidelines and standards of the SOA. It must use both the compliant software and hardware to help in rectifying the systems that breakdown to be fully functional. This involves set up of account managers and the formation of steering multidiscipline committee that have power of making various decisions. The committee will have to work really close with the CIO and possess higher approval level and even corporate sponsorship. The system of governance should majorly focus on the transformation process guiding and keeping important issues like regulatory compliance and sox in a real focus.
The involvement of stakeholders within the committee used in steering will be very crucial in making sure the business and the IT department work together and become real partners. It will also make sure that all the voices and concerns are tackled, considered, and heard in the process of making decision. The two working together must he able to outline the decision policies that are crucial in supporting the vision of the organization.
